Definitions:
- Services: Refers to business applications such as the Feedback Management Mobile App and Waiting Queue Management Mobile App, integrated with Svagam Platforms, including our product Carbon
- Content: Refers to the materials, including visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, and other elements provided by Svagam Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. as part of the Services.
- Your Content: Refers to any content, including customer information and materials uploaded or transmitted by you through the Services.
License and Restrictions:
- Subject to these Terms, Svagam Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not:
